We currently offer single-pet portraits, portraying dogs and cats only.If you are unsure whether your pet is suitable, please contact us.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on every order. U.S. orders are printed and dispatched domestically within 3-5 business days of your order, with no additional import taxes.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days of your order, and tracking details will be provided once your portrait is on its way.

Can I return my portrait?

Each portrait is made to order and, as such, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for change of mind.We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Should your artwork arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Am I able to cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already be underway and we are therefore unable to guarantee cancellations.
